About work visa (as a security guard)

Mohan, you can enjoy free entry to Macau for a stay of no more than 30 days. When you go there, you can try to find a job, but after you find one, I’m afraid you need to go back to your home country to apply for the work entry permit.

But my cunseltent is saying that

I will conduct interview here and aftr I will move to Macau.. and I am also come with you (along with) batch.. and than with in 7 days offers will comes to you.. and after 45 days blue card will issued to you..

And once getting a blue card.. after 1 year whrver in company's you can make work

Is it possible.. and what's about the Macau blue card.. is it work permit or another
