I was born in 13/11/1979. What my fortunes says regarding job changing and when can I find new job?

It is not recommended to change your job this year. If you really want to, you can do it in the second half of the year. But you are not suggest to quit your current job before you have settled down with the new one. In addition, try to make full use of time to learn more things.
