About:China Holidays & Festivals

Can I take a sealed packet of ground flax and a sealed bag of chia seeds to China?

Since I am used to taking this combination daily, can I take them and if so, would I have to declare this once I reach ur country?

You'd better not take them with you. As far as I know, they are prohibited items and should get confiscated by the customs.
