About:Year of the Snake

Love Compatible with a tiger: I was born Dec. 21, 1989 and my boyfriend is Nov, 10, 1986.

It says our signs are not compatiable since he is a tiger and tiger means danger for a snake. But we been together for almost 8 yrs now and we have 2 beautiful children together, both girl and boy(soon this year in June). We had some tough patches along the beginning of our first 3 yrs but after our 1st daughter, everythings been real good. So I was wondering, are we still ok to be together even though our signs said not to?

Judy,
As you found out from your family dynamics, one could get along even with people born in years when they are not supposed to. In your case I assumed you were born in Washington DC. Changing only your man’s hour of birth, at different hours of the day he was born, there was from 3% understanding to 35%. If for some reason, you two are prepared to put extra work and keep your marriage going, that’s fine.
The Chinese Astrology says that Snake and Tiger although attracted to each other, find very hard to get along. Since you have already children together, I wouldn’t advise you to split up, just because this is not a good match. The same astrology says that one could get along even with most incompatible people, depending on how much effort they are prepared to put into a relationship. When astrology advises that a relationship is the best match, it means one doesn’t have to put any extra work at that relationship, since it works naturally. If after living with your husband for 50 years, you would say the same thing you are saying now (and it is possible you will) then you win.
