how do i use public transport with a pet dog?

Question

I will be traveling in China this summer, arriving in Shanghai and traveling west towards Tibet.  What public transportation may I use with my dog?  She is medium size, 28# and is a registered service animal in the USA.  What restrictions are there?  Train?  Bus?  Taxi?  Etc?  Thank you!

Both trains and planes provide service of delivering pets. For public city transportations, you'd better use taxi, for there are many passengers on the bus and taking a pet along with you may not be very convenient.I see you are planning a visit to Tibet. Have you got a travel permit approved by local Tourism Bureau? If not, the visit cannot work.
