malaysian renew multi-entry with 12 month validity

Hi , I am Malaysian which having 12 month validity China visa on my current passport but expired on 30 Apr 2015 . If using the same passport to renew 12 month validity China visa again , any supporting document needed ?

Jeffery, as far as I know, you cannot renew the visa on your passport. You can only re-apply for a new visa with your current passport. May I know which type you need to apply for? If it is a tourist L type, you need to provide those materials including your passport and copy of its data page, the filled-out application form attached with a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record.
