Please let me know the weather condition during this period as we will be traveling to Disneyland. Do I need to bring winter jacket for the kids?  Any Umbrella and raincoat?

Well, based on the past weather records, it can be cloudy in most cases at that time. It won't very cold, so it is no need to bing winter jacket for your kids. As I checked, the temp shall range from 16C to 24C. So sweater, coat, long-sleeved shirts and jeans will do. Or you can still prepare long john for them in case. It may not rain a lot then, so umbrella preparation is not needed. As well as these above, you are still advsied to pay attention to the lastest report before leaving.
