About:Means of Transportation in Kashgar

Kashgar to Tashkurgan

I read that there is a Special Tour bus running between Tashgar and Tashkurgan....every hour from 9am.
Can you please confirm which Bus Station it goes from in Kashgar and to in Tashkurgan.

As I know, you can get onto the bus from Office of Local Government in Kashgar at the crossroad of Xiyu Avenue and South Tianshan Road.
