About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving Shanghai cruise terminal can I leave this terminal for couple of hours before ship departs.

Bob, if your next destination is different from the last one you departed, you can leave the terminal, but you may be required to apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration office.
