how can i get entry to china for a three day stay to sign a business contract

I have been invited by a company in PRC to sign a contract deal and i just got  my passport less than a week old , i will be spending only three days to complete the deal. May i know the requirements needed and what to do to get there and sign the contract.Thank you

You need to provide those documents: the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, your passport and copy of its data page, and the invitation letter from your business partner in PRC, as well as an introduction letter from your company, company certificate and tax clearance record, air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation, bank statement within latest four months.  Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
