I was born on 17 dec 1986, just change job on 14 sept 2015, and on 2016 march i been redesigned to new post. Will it be good to me?

Zai, it is recommended to stay in your current position, for the new work may not be that satisfying. Besides, abundant related work experience will help you have more chances to change a much better job than now. Instead of changing jobs frequently, you can make full use of time to learn more things.

If you really want to change the job, you should make a careful evalution before your quit your present work.
