Travel outside of China when holding the Q2 Visa

I am currently holding Q2 type and visit my family in Shanghai, PRC. During the visiting, I would like go to Japan or Korea for a week. I do know I don't need entry permit to visit those country, but can I re-enter Shanghai again with the same Q2 type?

If the Q2 type has only one single entry on it, you can't re-enter with the same Q2 type.
