What is the best way to go to Tsim Sha Tsui?

Hello! Next July, we will be arriving to terminal 1 (Emirates Flight). We are four adults and we have our hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Could you please explain to me how is the best way to go there? Airport Express or bus ? where are their stops? tickets are free for passengers with boarding card? All of this is a little difficult for me.
