About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

what trains accept and have storage for a bike?

Hello, I am wanting to book a ticket for a trip from Beijing to shanghai, but I have a bike. How can I find out which one have the special compartment to store my bike when purchasing a ticket? Who can I contact?

Hello, Steve. I think the answer below is correct. There seems a new policy that bike is not allowed in the passenger carriages. You need to go for the station on spot in advance for an arrangement.

what do you mean in advance? is it possible to arrange it 5 hours before the departure time? Is arrangement time only during office hour?
