About:China Visa Application in USA

I'm out of my country and home address but need go to China. Can I introduce the Visa Application?

I'm in Miami FL and considering cost and time need initiate travel to Asia from here but not have opportunity to back to my country to require permit for entry to China. We need go to Shanghai in order to visit CHINAPLAS plastic fair in next April and visit some machines and raw material suppliers . I appreciate if you can let me know as soon. Javier, you can apply for Chinese entry permit in USA. Because you live in Miami FL, you should apply for it from the consulate general of PRC in Huston. Considering your travel purpose, you can apply for a business M type. You can ask your supplier in PRC to issue an invitation letter to you.
And then provide the required documents containing your passport and its copy, the filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, and your residence permit in USA, as well as the invitation letter. Afterwards, submit your application to the consulate general to apply for it.

But if you cannot get the invitation letter, a tourist L type may be oaky, too. You need to provide those docuemnts to apply for it: your passport, the applciation form, photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
