About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrive Beijing April 22nd at 24:05

Hi there! If I arrive in Beijing at 24:05 on the 22nd of April. When am I required to fly out?

Hi Jennifer, actually I think you arrive at 00:05 on April 23rd, so you are required to fly out before 00:05 on April 26th.

By the way, I recently heard that the 72-hour free-stay period is counted from 00:00 of the day following your arrival. If that's true, you can stay until 23:59 on April 26th. You can confirm this with the airline or Beijing Immigration Office.
