About:China Travel Tips

Medical devise as an extra carry on.

Does a CPAP machine count as a carry on with China domestic flights.
We have cameras in the carry ons, so need an extra carry on for the CPAP.
Cannot check either of these items.

As far as I know, you can take the CPAP machine on the flight if it is for self use. You may consider to buy the first-class ticket. Generally, passengers who buy the first-class tickets are allowed to take 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. Anyway, I still recommend you consult your airlines in advande in case.
