Question

Does a CPAP machine count as a carry on with China domestic flights.We have cameras in the carry ons, so need an extra carry on for the CPAP.Cannot check either of these items.

As far as I know, you can take the CPAP machine on the flight if it is for self use. You may consider to buy the first-class ticket. Generally, passengers who buy the first-class tickets are allowed to take 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. Anyway, I still recommend you consult your airlines in advande in case.
