is it advisable to go to ngong ping 360 with luggages with us?

we're arriving in hk early morning. is there a baggage counter available so we can leave our things while doing the island trip in lantau?

Hey, it is fine to have your luggage. There is left-luggage counter near the cable car station, so it is quite convenient to have a round trip there by cable car.
