can i book not released seats?

Question

I would like to book round trip from Beijing and Tianjin on 5/2 (May 2, 2016).Some I can select shows not released in Available Tickets column.I wonder if I can book it or not.

'Not released' could be booked, but do not mean you will surely get them when releasing. You also need to wait more time for releasing.
