About:How to Buy Tickets

can I book "not released" seats?

I would like to book round trip from Beijing and Tianjin on 5/2 (May 2, 2016).
Some I can select shows "not released" in "Available Tickets" column.
I wonder if I can book it or not.

'Not released' could be booked, but do not mean you will surely get them when releasing. You also need to wait more time for releasing.
