I want to apply a visa of two months to hunan-changsha

Hi, I'm Ofélia Baquisse
I'm an Angolan passaport but actually I'm studying in Delhi
I have a sister studying in China actually in Hunan-Changsha and I'm having holidays in next one month
I would like to go there and meet her!!
What I have to do to Apply the entry permit??

If so, you can apply for a tourist L type to visit her there and you should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, your residence permit in India, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, bank savings account, and an invitation letter from your sister.
And then submit your application to the CVASC to apply for it.

For the residence permit can I use my agreement??

If the agreement can prove your legal status in India, it can be used.
