Is their any bars near the Nikko hotel in Xiamen China

Yes! You can go to Jokerqiqi Bar at B10-B11, or Pawbar at B16, on Qianpu Everbright Pedestrian Street, Siming District. Walk west along East Wenxing Road for about 700 yards, and you can see them. :)
