About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I fly Amsterdam-Doha - Shanghai - Doha Amsterdam, Can I use the 144- hour visa for this ?

Vivian, sorry, you cannot enjoy the 144 hour free transit because after your transit in Shanghai, you fly back to Doha, but according to the policy, you should fly to a third country or region. So you should apply for a tourist L type beforehand.
Or if you fly to Amsterdam directly after transiting in Shanghai, you will qualify for the free transit.
