transport between Jade dragon mountain, the impression show, and baishuihe

I plan to go to Jade dragon by bus no 7 from Lijiang old town. My plan is to watch the impression show first and then Jade dragon and finally Baishuihe.

My questions are;
How can I travel between the three spots? Can I walk?
If I can take a shuttle bus, how much is the fare?
How much is the fare for bus no 7 to Jade dragon?
How frequent does the bus no 7 leave?
