what time is the last train from east nanjing road to chuansa

I guess you mean the metro Line 2? You need to go from Nanjing road to Guanglan road first and then from there to Chuansha. The last ride at Guanglan road is for 22:00. You need to get there before that. The trip would cost around CNY7.
