About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do you need a connected flight/ticket for the 72-Hour Visa-Free Transit?

I'm flying from Bali by Garuda airlines to Beijing and from Beijng by Air Asia to Kuala Lumpur within 72 hours. Because I'm flying with two different airlines, is it still possible to make use of free transit?

Edmund, you can use the 72-hour free transit facility even you fly in and out with different airlines.
