There is bus from Chungking Mansion going to The Peak Sky Terrace?

You may take bus line H1 from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Salisbury Road to St. John's Cathedral, Garden Road Station. The octopus fare is HKD 33. Then, walk to Garden Road Peak Tram Terminal, and take a tram up.

Or, you may take bus MTR Tsuen Wan line from Tsim Sha Tsui Station to Admiralty Station. Then, atke bus line from Admiralty Station, Queensway Station to The Peak. The fare totals HKD 19.2. The trip takes about 1 hour. :)
