About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

I am visiting Hong Kong and will be there for 6 days. the standard octopus card sounds good for me

but how much money should I put on the card for that lenghth of time?

Yes, the Standard Octopus Card is the suitable one for you.
First of all, the deposit is 50 HKD and initial stored value is 100 HKD. Then generally speaking, you are suggested to recharge extra 150 HKD or more for your 6 days stay. :)
