About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi, My new visa has just been activated when I re-entered China.

Now I want to apply for a business M type but my one year tourist L type has just been activated.

If I get my business M type in Hong Kong my current tourist L type will be terminated? Because I have to some business related things in China so I have to change my visa. Is this possible or Will I encounter problems?

John, you are right! If you get a business M type, the L type will be voided. You can possibly change L type to M type. I don’t think you will encounter problems.

John, you need to prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, and an invitation letter from your trade partner in PRC.
