There is free shuttle from Hong Kong airport terminal 1 going to HK Heritage Museum?

Well, there is no free shuttle bus for you to choose. Upon landing, you can take bus no.E42, get off at Heritage Museum. Then walk west around 170 yards (150 meters). The whole way takes around 75 mins. It costs 13.5 HKD per person.
