From the airport, what is the cheapest way to reach Vertical City Hotel? Train or taxi? How much is train and taxi fare?

The cheapest way is to travel by metro. You may take metro line 3 from CAN to Jiahewanggang Station. Then, change to metro line 2 to Changgang Station, Exit E, and you can see the hotel. The fare totals CNY 8, and the trip takes about 50 minutes. If by taxi, the fare may be around CNY 120. :)
