Can we bring trolley bag to tibet and can we find any laundry service there?

You can take it. If it is a carry-on luggage, it should be no larger than the size of 20cm x 40cm x 55cm. For check-in luggage, the total length of the three sides should be less than 158cm.
There is fewer laundries along the street. Hotels may provide the laundry service.0
