About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm traveling from LAX to Bali with a layover in Guangzhou for 15 hours

Are we able to go into Guangzhou for a couple of hours before our flight departs to bali

Ed, you can leave the airport to expore the city. When passing through the immigration counter, ask the consular officer to stamp a temporary stay permit on your passport so that you can leave.
