About:China Visa

Are Moroccan citizens eligible for Z visa as English teachers

As the title states, I've done my research on the internet and found an inconsistency in answers, some say yes it isn't a problem, while others deny the fact.

Amine, if your mother tongue is not English, there might be problems for you to get the alien working permit, which will be used for applying the Z type.

I take it there is a possibility then right, Serena? this subject always seems to be in a gray zone, but if persistence is going to get me there then I will go for it. Also thanks for the prompt answer.

As this is a new policy stating that foreign English teachers must be native speakers, I think there may be some leeway for you. And it's to some degree depended on your employer.
