About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

Am i allowed to carry jam & honey can for China trip?

You can take them, and they should be put in the check-in luggage. The amount of each of them should not be over 100ml. You'd better make a declaration at the customs. They will probably need to go through the quarantine procedure.
