I am going to China as a tourist in June 9-16 and in August 13-21. Do I need two visas? Thank you.

Masako, you can try to apply for a double-entry tourist L type. If you can get it, a tourist L type is enough. Otherwise, you may need to apply for a tourist L type every time when you visit PRC.
