Yes, it is Star Ferry that connects Central (near TST) and Wan Chai (Golden Bauhinia Square). It costs 2-2.5HKD (weekdays) / 2.8-3.4HKD (weekends) per adultand takes around 15min. And it is for free with Elder Octopus Card.
