hong kong airport-zhongshan & return to to hkg

Question

1) my flight arrives HKIA at 1030am, will it give me enough time to catch the 1140am ferry to ZS  (travelling with 2 elderly pax)2) is there ferry service back to HKG city direct (without having to go to HKG city via HKIA)? How long is the ferry ride?Thanks

Yes, you can catch the ferry. After landing, you don't need to go through the immigration, so just walk to the ferry ticket counter to get a ticket. You also need to show the luggage tag receipt, then they will transfer your luggage on the ferry. For the trip to HKG, ferries are available from 08:00 to 20:00 and it shall take you to China Ferry Terminal, Kowloon. It takes around 70min.
