Hong Kong Free Shuttle Bus Service

How long does it take the free shuttle bus to reach Airport Express from City View Hotel Yau Mau Tei? Must I make prior advance reservation with City View Hotel before making use of the free shuttle service? Thanks!

The duration is about 10 mins.
Generally speaking, passengers are required to show proof of eligibility including AE train tickets, Airline ticket/boarding pass, Airport Staff Octopus Card, AsiaWorld-Expo entry pass or event ticket.
You don't need to show the reservation information about the hotel.
