how safe is it to take a taxi from baiyun international airport to shangxiajiu road?

my flight arrives at 19:00. is it safe to take a taxi that time? and how much will it cost me?

Well, according to your arrival time, you don't worry about the safety problem. 19:00 is not late.
Generally speaking, the cab is CNY 110 to 120 at that time.
