Guangzhou Garden Hotel to Hongkong Airport

1. I am travelling to GZ east railways station (bus terminal), on internet I see lot of direct buses to HK airport from Garden hotel. Do I need to be Garden hotel customer to board them?If No, then how to reach Garden hotel from east station and where to buy the ticket for airport buses?
2. I can also catch train to Hung hom and then A21 to HK airport.
Out of the above two which one is more feasible and comfortable. Thanks.

Oh, you are suggested to take direct long-distance bus from Garden Hotel and arrive at HKIA.
The bus schedules are from 05:15 to 19:15 with intervals of around 30 mins. It takes around 3.5 hours on the way. The ticket fare is 250 HKD per person.
You can buy the tickets at the hotel even though you are not their customer.
In addition, from East Railway Station, take subway line 1 to Yangji Station and line 5 to Taojin Station, Exit A. Then walk southwest around 190 yards (170 meters) to find the hotel.

when I reach railway station, which way I should go to catch line 1 ? and Yangji station is connecting line to others like line 5 or do I need to exit ? Sorry for the very basic questions but its first time for me from GZ to HK airport. Thanks in advance.

Upon arrival at East Railway Station, you can easily find the metro station. There are clear English guiding signs for your convenience. You needn't exit. Just transfer to metro line 5. Take it easy! :)
