About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

VISA for Palauans

I live in AZ. My flight to TPE-PEK is on the 30th. if I arrive in LAX on the morning of the 29th, would I be able to get my Visa?

After you submit your application, it usually takes 4 working days. So if you submit your application now, you are able to get it before you depart.

Can I apply for a VISA online and bring passports and pix the day I arrive in LAX?
Is there a expedite service for extra pay? Thank you!

You cannot apply for it online because there is no online service currently. You should apply for it in AZ. If you choose express service which takes 2 working days and charges USD20 extra pay; if you choose rush service which takes 2 working days and charges USD30 extra pay.
