Where to purchase Flat Rate Subway Card in Xian?

I'm interested in purchasing the pass with a value of 50 CNY, can I make that purchase from the machine or do I have to purchase them elsewhere?

Dear Lis, the card can be purchased at the Ticketing Windows of many metro stations. They are not available on the machines.
