About:China Customs Declaration

can i buy bulk of memory cards and usb cable?

I'm planning for a short trip to Shenzhen, is it okay if I bought let say 3k-5k pcs of memory cards back to my country, and for some instance USB cable? How much and many is prohibited?

Generally, there is no amount limitation. But 3k~5k is really a large number and it should not be allowed to take them along with you. They will be regarded as export. You'd better deliver them back with cargo or turn to certain freight company.
