Way to get to Hilton, Xian

Address is: 199 dongxin road, xincheng district, 710005.
do not want to be taken advantage of by fake taxi, how to get there and how much should cost be?

To be honest, there are few fake taxis out of the airport, while the only reminder is that you need to negotiate with the driver for a flat rate or ask him/her to charge by meter. Usually, the fare to your hotel is CNY120-130, and it takes 30-40min.
