About:Dual Nationality

husband is a US citizen married to a Chinese national wife.

they have a 1 y/o daughter, if they divorce, can she take the daughter back to live in China against the fathers wishes?

In general, children less than 2 years old should live with mother. If the mother has severe illness that is not suitable to live with children or she dosen't have the willing to take care of the kids, children can live with the father. So I can tell you that she can do that and it is kinda legal.
