You can take public bus no.B4, get off at West Bus Station (BTR Bus Stop). Then walk southeast along Zijingang Road around 300 yards (270 meters) to find the destination.  And it takes 20-25min.

I am sorry that there is no direct metro line to West Bus Station, so bus is highly recommended.
