contact air malaysia - non existent.

Question

Is there any other way that I can get in contact with Air Malaysia? I have been trying for 3 weeks to get hold of them with NO success. And if I get hold of them only empty promises are made to call me back and they NEVER do. This is NOT an airline that I will ever make use of again!Thank you so much! Any support will be appreciated!Elizabeth Groblet

Sorry to hear that! As my experience, email is even worse than hotline. You may keep trying for that and make a complain. By the way, there are online feedback form on their official website, you may have a try for that as well. Good luck!
