Contact Air Malaysia - non existent.

Is there any other way that I can get in contact with Air Malaysia? I have been trying for 3 weeks to get hold of them with NO success. And if I get hold of them only empty promises are made to call me back and they NEVER do.
This is NOT an airline that I will ever make use of again!
