Your lucky star of this year should be man. If you are doing business of men's staff, you are going to get a lot of money out of it. If you are just an ordinary staff with a male boss, you are very likely to get a promotion. But the love condition is probably not going to be very lucky. I think you are still single. If so, the chance for you to find the one is very slight.

I'm working under a all female boss environment. Is there any chance for promotion? Btw any lucky month I should invest on gambling?

If you work hard enough, you can still get a promotion. It may not be a lucky year of fortune. However, you'd better stay away from the gambling thing, or you may take a great loss.
