can i travel with CHINESE visa in my old passports . change of address done in new passport?

I get a new passport but i have a valid Chinese entry permit in my old passport for a period of 6 months still. Can I travel with both passport to PRC without applying for a new entry permit. Mainly the name, sex, date of birth and nationality are same on both passports expect the new address have applied in my new passport.
