I will stay at the top of the mountain, and I'm wondering how I get to hongcun village from xihai hotel?

Well, you can walk from the hotel to Baieling Cable Car Station within 30-60min to take Yungu Cableway down to the mountain. Then catch a bus to the main entrance of the mountain within 25min. At the New National Express Exchange Center, you can catch a direct bus to Hongcun Village.
